Responsibilities include meeting with clients, designing website interfaces and programming site content, developing Flash animations and interface designs for multimedia programs. Projects include posters and presentations for The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), website development for Rex Healthcare, intranet sites for GlaxoSmithKline, Flash animations for the Genetics @ GlaxoSmithKline website - winner of Macromedia’s Site of the Day, and website development for Closure Medical Corporation.

Projects include design and production of Carolantic Realty’s annual conference for the past 8 years, kiosk animation for BTI Telecommunications, and an interactive training CD for Bell & Howell’s JetVision software.

Responsibilities include production of illustrations for journals, posters and presentations for meetings, and animations illustrating scientific or medical processes. Clients include Closure Medical, GlaxoSmithKline and The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS).

In a recent project for NIEHS, I joined a team in developing the “Scores of Spores” presentation which was broadcast on the Discovery Channel as part of the 2006 NIH Discovery Young Scientist Challenge. In 2007, the team received the NIH Director’s Merit Award for this presentation, in which I was recognized for my part as designer and art director.
